This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Suelware Inc. collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of our mobile applications (the "Apps"), our website (the "Website"), and customers ("Customers") who purchase products & services through our online store hosted on Wix. This Privacy Policy applies to the Apps, the Website, and all products and services offered by Suelware Inc.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users and Customers in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users download and use our Apps, visit our Website, and interact with our services, including purchasing hardware products.
For App Users:

• SuelPay® app: Email address, age, and gender. This app is used for demo and licensing purposes only.

• VMReader® app: Email address (optional). This app is used for reading inventory information and changing configuration settings in a vending machine.

• Suelware Maintenance App: No personal identification information is collected.

• DiagnosePro™ App: No personal identification information is collected.

 

For Hardware Customers (via Online Store): We may collect the following information to fulfill orders and provide support:

• Full name

• Shipping and billing address

• Email address

• Phone number

Important Note on Payment Information: Suelware Inc. does not collect, store, or have access to any PCI-level data, including credit card numbers or other sensitive payment details. All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in accordance with industry standards and compliance requirements.

 

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Apps and Website. Non-personal identification information may include the device name, model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and other technical information.

• ​To fulfill orders: For Customers purchasing products & services, we use the information to process transactions, ship products, and provide customer support.

Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications (the "Apps") and website (the "Website") and online store operated by Suelware Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Apps and Website, or purchasing products through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Apps and Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Apps, Website or make purchases through our online store. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.​

User Accounts: Some features of our Apps and Website may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update any information that may change.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Purchases of Physical Products

Order Processing and Shipping: We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders are primarily shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Delivery time frames follow UPS Ground’s service standards, typically 1–5 business days depending on destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Payment Processing: We accept major U.S. credit cards. All transactions are securely processed using Stripe Payments. Suelware Inc. does not store or have access to your billing information or credit card details. For more information, please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Warranty Policy: Our hardware devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To claim the warranty:

• Customers must provide a valid purchase receipt.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the faulty product to Suelware at customer's expense.

• If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, it will be repaired or replaced.

• Warranty repair or replacement items will be returned to the customer free of charge.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns of hardware or subscriptions. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights​

Ownership: The Apps, Website, online store, and all content, design, graphics, and other materials displayed or made available through our services are the property of Suelware Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose without any obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimer of Warranties​

Our Apps, Website and online store are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services.

 

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
